This mesh belt continuous electric gas aluminum brazing furnace is mainly used for the brazing aluminum stainless steel and aluminum plate , copper etc. The product surface can be bright without oxidation with the help of this equipment.

It is equiped with intelligent thermostat and silicon controlled rectifier to ensure temperature control precision of ±1℃. It’s advanced, reliable, practicable and cost effective as an industrial furnace.
The inserted heating elements are located in the different zones to heat up workpieces to brazing temperature. The individual SCR is used to stabilize heating demand in each zone. Within the range of whole belt width, the furnace temperture uniformity will be fluctuate within ±3°C (Based on the measurement on the same section of moving workpiece).
Technical characteristics of aluminum brazing furnace
Process flow of aluminum brazing:Put on the parts - degreasing (heat degreasing or water cleaning degreasing)- brazing spray - drying - preheating - brazing - cooling (under protective atmosphere)- strong cooling – take down the parts
The atmosphere in the brazing furnace is significant during the brazing process, it requires that the Oxygen concentration should be below 10 ppm and the drew point is lower than -72°C. The temperature uniformity of the same product is especially important when the brazing temperature is reached, the general requirement is ±3℃. The requirements for some products are even higher
Main characteristics of aluminum brazing furnace
- From the stirring of brazing agent, spraying, drying, brazing to cooling are continuously and automatically operated, which ensures the mass production reliably and saves the cost to the greatest extent.
- The parameter related to the brazing quality like drying temperature, brazing speed, brazing temperature, warming up rate, nitrogen flow and pressure will be automatically controlled after setting the program which ensures the product stability.

- The muffle chamber in the furnace is made of imported stainless steel plate (SUS316L) with a thickness of 8mm or more.
- Aluminum brazing furnace adopts advanced automatic temperature control technology, temperature control accuracy is 1°C.
- The advanced atmosphere protection design of aluminum brazing furnace ensures that the N2 in the furnace is fully protected when the brazing furnace is in operation, and the amount of N2 is minimum.
